The 22 - Q2 2022

We are pleased to share that ‘The 22’ is ahead of schedule, and the developers have made significant progress this quarter. Some highlights related to the renovation and re-use include:

• Framing is complete 
• Plumbing and electrical rough-in is complete on the second floor
• Installation of bathtubs and surroundings has started
• Window installation starts next week for both the storefront and units
• Drywall starts late next week
• The elevator has been delivered and is on site waiting for power to start installation
• Pocket doors and all interior doors have been delivered
