Infinity is excited to participate in the real estate development of "The 22" by AHM Group, a multifamily building located at 2200 Locust Street in St Louis, Missouri.

Summary

This is a $9.6 million real estate development where two attached historic buildings, one dating from 1916 and the second from 1914, were acquired to be adapted and reused into 42 modern apartment units with high-end appliances, nest thermostats, luxe light fixtures, and roller blinds as well as elevated amenities such as a fitness center, a rooftop deck, secure parking and LATCH keyless entry to every unit. Furthermore, the project is ideally situated in downtown St. Louis - one block away from the St. Louis City Soccer Club’s new stadium which has brought a lot of excitement to the area.

Current Project State

The project was successfully closed on March 19, 2020, and AHM has been actively executing the business plan: remodeling vacant units, upgrading the communal areas, hiring a muralist for the lobby, and implementing their own management as the property manager to create immediate value-add. They have brought all current tenants and the commercial premises onto one technology platform and have a brand new website to go with the rebranding of the building and welcome tenants to their new home: The 22.
