As of July 5th, physical and pre-leased occupancies at the property were 86% and 92%, respectively. 11 new leases were signed in June, and 5 new leases in July. The property continues to undergo both exterior and interior renovations, including:
Exterior Renovations
- New signage is currently being installed to match the Sunrise Multifamily brand
- Security cameras were added throughout the property
- The security gates are being upgraded to automatic open/close
- Based on tenant feedback, we are assessing options to convert the clubhouse into a gym
Interior Renovations
- Washers and dryers have been installed in 6 units, with more on the way
- We have started full renovations in two of the vacant units
- Our in-house construction team is bidding out and assessing all options for full-scope interior renovations
