Bavarian Inn - Q3 2022

Project Status:

More progress was made in the third quarter of 2022 as the AHM construction and development teams navigated the ever-changing and challenging economic and supply chain challenges. The project is expected to be completed in early January 2023. To date, progress on the Bavarian Inn includes interior framing and demolition.

• All of the residential windows have been installed.
• We expect the storefront windows to arrive within the next month, completing the building's envelope.
• We anticipate being able to begin leasing activities for the commercial space once the storefront is in place.
• The site has been completely demolished, and new concrete/asphalt is being coordinated and poured.
• The Arsenal building's interior framing is finished.
• The final concrete floor in the Minnesota building has been poured and installed in the lower-level apartment.

This intersection is still returning to life!
