Bavarian Inn - Q2 2022

The renovation of the Bavarian Inn is moving along smoothly so far. Some highlights from this quarter include:

• Roofing, masonry and framing are completed
• The basement concrete floor will be completed next week
• Plumbing rough-in and water service is completed
• The windows have been released for fabrication
• Exterior site work will start in the next few weeks, including the removal of concrete and grading of the site for the new parking lot
• HVAC/Electrical rough-in will start in the next two to three weeks
